How We Get Reliable Data to Our Team Leaders
At Cisco, we give our leaders as much accurate data as we can, as often as we can. Unlike a traditional, annual engagement survey—which provides a view of the near-term past for senior executives—we empower our team leaders with a simple mechanism to measure their team member’s work experience anytime. We then encourage our leaders to discuss the results with their team and determine the actions they will take together.
